5 weeks later

I got my needle out of my ear last week and then went and saw the SAAT provider and she rechecked the items my needle were in for and I had cleared all that the needle were in for, and then she checked for the next items and I have three more needles.

I don’t know for sure if it is helping but I do feel a lot better after the last month, and now with a new set of needles I feel I am going through detoxing again. Today three days after they were inserted I have had a bad brain fog day, I was looking for my keys for a good ten minutes taking everything out of my purse and placing on the hood of the van, checking pockets over and over. When I said I should be able to see them there are on a thing, my friend said lanyard, I said yea a lanyard she then ask it is around you neck and there they were. Oh I love brain fog.

As much as I don’t like to do this I am keeping a journal and what I feel and my sleep and food to see if there is a difference. I do highly recommend that you keep a food journal so you can track what you eat and if you have reactions.
