A New Year

As we start a New Year my journey continues. I found a new place in town that sells Ramen- Japanese style Ramen and I am so excited to go there. I have been on such a culinary tour since being diagnosed with AGS. Eat mushrooms, sushi, tofu and nut cheeses. I miss cheese and milk chocolate the most dark chocolate can be dairy free but it isn’t the same. I have found a few places where I can go out to eat but you know it is limited.

I went out of town to a art workshop for 5 days and that was an adventure because I stayed in a motel only having a fridge and a microwave. I fixed myself a lot of budha bowls, salads and vegan frozen meals that I could microwave. I also made a stew before I left home that I froze.

I guess one positive on this is that I have loss weight in changing my eating.
